The Madrigal family is not like any other regular old family. They are special! But, let's go a little back. Before all this magic, the Madrigal family was hopeless. Abuela's husband sacrificed himself for his family's safety. The candle becomes magical giving a gift to every family member. Abuela who started it all, Luisa with super strength, Isabela being perfect, Pepa being stormy or sunny, Camilo who is able to change into any form he wants, Dolores who can hear anything, and Antonio who can talk to animals, and Bruno! We don't talk about Bruno! But, I left out one girl, named Mirabel who didn't receive any gift, unlike her family. The candle's magic is dying. Luisa's power is dying. Perfect Isabela is going out of control. But, wait, what about Bruno? Mirabel runs to him and asks him to read her a propecy. The propecy is read and Mirabel will either save or make the magic die? What will happen? What will Mirabel do? see awesome, adventerous, and funny movie, Encanto!
Someone told be that it took 5 years to make Encanto! And I can tell with the FANTASTICAL and MAGICAL animations!

I loved all of the songs and the story was cute. Although I am still left with questions after watching it: Why did Mirabel not get a gift and every single other person did? Anyway, my favorite songs were We Don't Talk About Bruno and Surface Pressure. Hope you enjoy it!
I love this movie! The songs are great, the animation is nice, and I love the representation. As a hispanic girl, I'm glad Disney is representing Latinx families!
