OMG,WHEN ALL THE MEMORIES SET FREE FROM THE RECEIVER, IT IS SOOOOOOO EPIC.AND THE ACTOR THAT PLAYS THE GIVER IS SOOO FUNNY, WITH HIS ATTITUDE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND HIS BRITISH VOICE MAKES EVERYTHING FUNNY. BUT AT THE END HE IS SO SAD. WITH ALL THE AWESOME TECHNOLOGY IT IS SOOOOOOO COOL! AND IT ENDS WITH THE SAME EXACT WORDS THAT THE BOOK ENDED WITH, WHICH MAKES IT SOOOOO EPIC. THATS WHY YOU SHOULD READ THE BOOK BEFORE YOU WATCH THE MOVIE, BECAUSE IT MAKES IT BETTER- endqabout 10 yearsi sooooo want to watch the movie i read the book 2 times and i really don't care how different it is

Pretty good. But changed a lot, and I mean A LOT. Now it's more visually futuristic. And the characters change to 16 years old. And there is a big part in Jonas, and Fiona' s love story, which I didn't like cause it was starting to become like a romance movie instead. But overall, it was good.
