I haven't seen this movie yet, but the trailers look awesome, the first one was awesome, and the author, Tolkien, is awesome! I have read the hobbit book, and can't wait to see the part two movie!

Even if you don't like the plot, just enjoy the scenery! It was all filmed in New Zeland- no computer graphics here! They also made the Shire, building it into the hills a year before making the movie. They let it sit there to make it look real, then trimmed it to make it look like someone lived there. Cool, right? :D

I LOVE THIS MOVIE! It's so epic, and awesome, and ends with probably the greatest cliffhanger of all time! *Squeals* I can't WAIT for part 3!!

This was a very good movie! It is full of action, and for that reason I think kids under the age of 4 should not watch it. My favorite characters were Tauriel and Kili. I do recommend this movie to everybody that likes action. It was a little scary to me, but also the best movie I've ever watched! :D

I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Bilbo was awesome as well as the she elf Tauriel (SHE IS THE BEST! i LOVE HER!!!)! I would recommend this movie to everyone except really REALLY young kids (2-3). Very good movie! Give a shout out to every one involved in it! :) <3 I love both dwarves and elves though. . . The barrel one of the best parts of the movie. Smaug was casted perfectly!

BEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME. I recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy and has read the book. Much better (in my opinion) than the first movie, because of more action. The elves make a main appearance, and they are so awesome! Go Tauriel and Legolas!

Ugh! It ended on such a cliffhanger! Plus, the next one isn't coming out for a year and a half!!!!! It was an awesome movie, though. It was sort of violent and pretty nerve-wracking, but it is SO GOOD!!! I really liked the she-elf. There were a lot of battles, but the elves always seemed prepared. I watched the first one first, and I watched the next one the afternoon after, and I recommend you do that too. It would be very confusing if you didn't remember what was happening. THIS IS AN AWESOME MOVIE! It would be scary for younger kids though, and it was even a little scary for me!

It comes out this year... The first Hobbit came in 2012, then the next in 2013, and now part 3 is in 2014.

I liked this movie, it wasn't the best, but it was pretty good. I fell asleep during the end.

What in Middle-Earth do you mean by, "It wasn't the best"?
