- In this update of a 1961 film, twins Annie and Hallie are strangers until happenstance unites them. The preteen girls' divorced parents, Nick and Elizabeth, are living on opposite sides of the Atlantic, each with one child. After meeting at camp, American Hallie and British-raised Annie engineer an identity swap, giving both the chance to spend time with the parent they've missed. If the scheme works, it might just make the family whole again. I liked this movie and recommend it!
- I LOVE this movie!!! You have to watch it!!!
- Many people might be familiar with the 1961 Parent Trap. Well, this one is even better! Two girls, Hallie and Annie, become friends at summer camp when they realize that they are twins. Separated at birth because their parents divorced, Hallie lives with their mother and Annie lives with their father. Together, they think of plan to switch places so each girl can have time to spend with their mom and dad. In the process, they hope to bring their parents together again. This movie is all about finding yourself, coming closer with family, romance, and fun! This movie is perfect for a family movie night or a movie night with your closest friends. I would suggest it for 9+ just for romance and alcohol usage. Happy watching!
- This movie is the complete opposite of rock bottom. As in probably one of the best movies of all time. I have watched it at least five times, and always recommend it to my friends. It is basically about Hallie and Annie being twins, although they don't know it because their parents had been divorced since their birth. Once they realize all of this at summer camp, they have to meet their other parents. Then, Annie who is with their dad, gets told that Nick (their dad) is getting married to a downright mean somebody named Meredith. What will happen when Hallie and Annie's parents find out? Can they ever even get them together again? Or will this movie end in a hilarious tragedy? The plot is funny and one of those brilliant ideas that seem so simple that you could've thought of them yourself, but it's really pretty intricate. I recommend this movie for ages 6+, anybody looking for a good old movie, and people looking to get ideas for pranks. You can watch this on Disney+.
- I loved this movie! It was absolutely hilarious and I'm sure lots of people would agree on that. It's very elaborate and interesting to watch the two girls realize they're sisters and were separated at birth. I recommend this and you should definitely watch this at least twice in your lifetime.
