They certainly aren't. Domestic means "tame and kept by humans." Dogs are domestic, cats are domestic, horses are domestic. Most rhinos live in the wild and the majority of the species is genus is wild or uncaptured. So saying rhinos are domestic is like saying elephants or lions are, yes, they are kept in zoos, but are not domestic.
