I enjoyed reading this book and middle school students can relate to it. The main character has to face many challenges, such as bullying and self esteem. The adventure of the key adds mystery to the story. I definitely recommend this book to others.

This book was interesting. It had nine different stories of characters from the same family only generations apart. The book includes major events in American history while the main characters were playing baseball. A great read for sport lovers.

This book tells a story that contains suspense and emotion. John experienced a horrible experience during a storm, and he did not crumble even though he was scared. I gave this book four stars because I was on the edge of my seat waiting to read what was going to happen next.

The readers really bond and cheer for Leo as he struggles with bullies, the results of a horrible earthquake and keeping his values. I gave this story four stars because the story is suspenseful keeps the reader interested the entire time.
