This article was about people in Kentucky seeing something in the sky that they think might be an alien spaceship. It looked like 2 lights flying through the sky. Usually when people think they have seen an alien the air force or someone claims it was man made. This time no one is claiming it. I didn't think the video was going to be so long. I thought alien spaceships would fly faster than that or just disappear. I really think it was an alien spaceship because no one is claiming it and i think there are really aliens.

This article was really amazing. It was about a spider that lives underwater but has no gills. He has to come to the top of the water, collect little air bubbles in its legs and make them into one large air bubble that it lives in. When its air gets low it must go up and collect more air again. The video was really cool too. The spider made a big air bubble and took its dinner inside with him. That is kind of gross.

Daylight savings time was originally started to save energy. Then it was used to give soldiers more daylight. It has been changed many times since the 1900's but in the end we gain an hour in the fall and lose an hour in the spring. I liked gaining an extra hour today because I got to sleep more. I won't like it in the summer because I will lose an hour of my precious sleep. i was also surprised to find out the this was originally suggested by Benjamin Franklin.

Well,that was interesting how hurricane Sandy and the other two storms are put together like Frankenstein. Its a good thing that we live near the great lakes because we were going to get pelted by the storm, although we are pretty close to getting hit by it. It is scary being so close to it because you'd think that we are going to get hit by it and get killed by it but we really aren't. Its crazy because people are so piped up about it when they really shouldn't be. I hope that we can have a great Halloween.

That was so awesome! It was really scary. The article was about a man (Felix) who wanted to break a record for the highest free fall and jumped from 128,000 ft in the air/space. The scariest part I thought was when he actually stepped out of the capsule and jumped. I don't think I could have done that. He was really brave. It was also scary when he started wildly spinning and had to stabilize himself. Now he is going to retire from trying to break records. Maybe it was too scary for him too!

I thought this article was really funny. It took me a little while to actually see the word cat on her but it really does say cat. I like cats and have 3 cats at home, Dusty, Devil and Libby. We named devil because he has markings around his face that looks like he is wearing a mask like a daredevil. It got shortened to devil though. After I read this article I looked at my cats to see if they had any other cool markings like that, but I didn't find any.
